Elizabeth Bruns, Inc. will be happy to furnish you with an appraisal for any item purchased at our store. Please contact us for additional information.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you wish to return unused merchandise, you may do so within 30 days of receipt of your package. You will be refunded the full amount of the item plus any incurred tax in the form of a refund, exchange or store credit. All returned merchandise should be in the same condition in which it was received. The customer remains responsible for both outgoing and incoming shipping charges, both of which are non-refundable. All special orders, personalized items and special order merchandise are considered a final sale.

Please be aware that credit card companies can take up to 10 days to process a refund to one’s credit card. It may also take one to two billing cycles for the refund to be reflected on one’s statement.

Processing, Shipping & Handling

Shipping is calculated off of your cart sub-total. Shipping charges are waived for all orders that are shipped or delivered to the following postal zip codes: 28207, 28209 and 28211.

We try and ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt excluding some federal holidays. If the order is placed before 12pm EST Monday thru Friday, we will ship that day. Orders received over the weekend, will ship Monday.

All gift orders are shipped UPS Ground Service to the US only, unless otherwise specified. All jewelry is shipped via FedEx Express.

Sales tax

Sales tax is automatically applied to your www.elizabethbruns.com order in accordance with North Carolina state regulations. If the shipping zip code is located outside of North Carolina, you will be automatically exempt from NC State Sales Tax.

Pricing Policy

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our prices and information, but mistakes and typographical errors can occur. Furthermore, vendors regularly undergo price changes so while we will do our best to stay current, in some cases the change may happen before it is reflected online. We strive to honor what you see online at the time of purchase, however do reserve the right to correct those errors and apologize for any inconvenience.

Special Note about Silver: Due to fluctuations in the silver market, prices are subject to change.

Gift Cards and Certificates

No sales tax is charged when buying a gift card or gift certificate. The appropriate sales tax will be charged on the purchase with the gift card or certificate is redeemed. As with the vast majority of all retailers, it is the recipient's responsibility to keep track of gift cards and certificates.

Out-of-Stock Merchandise

Should the item that you purchase through www.elizabethbruns.com be out of stock at the time of sale, we will contact you within 24 hours to inquire about your preference for how to proceed. Options would include a special order, gift card sent to recipient or a full refund to your credit card.
